Motorcycle Tyre & Tube Services We Offer
Replacement of worn-out motorcycle tyres with new ones, either bring your new ones in or purchase them from us at a discounted price. If we don’t have it we can get it.
Repair of tyre & tube punctures… we can replace or mend the tubeless tyre depending on the type of punture. Punctured tubes are generally replaced and not repaired, we leave the tube patches for the road or trail-side fixes.
Inspection of motorcycle tyres, just drop in with your bike and one of our mechanics can take a look at the tyres and let you know the condition of them and provide advise free of charge.
How can I save money on getting new tyres fitted or getting a puncture fixed on my motorcycle?
Take the wheels of your motorcycle and bring them into us. You will save a lot in labour costs. Take the old tyres home with you (there are many uses for old motorcycle tyres), this will save you $10 per tyre.

Tyre Sizing Explained
In the picture below you can see, the sidewall of the motorcycle tyre shows the following dimensions:
180/55 ZR 17 then: M/C (73W)

Here is what these codes mean:
180: The width of the tyre, expressed in millimetres.
55: The aspect ratio (the sidewall height as a proportion of the tyre width).
ZR: The “R” stands for Radial construction. A “ZR” code refers specifically to radial tyres designed for high speeds.
17: The bead-seat diameter of the wheel, expressed in inches (1 inch, which = 2.54cm).
M/C: This code means that it is a tyre for motorcycles.
(73 W): The number is the load rating of the tyre and the letter following it is the speed rating. In this example, 73 means that the tyre can carry a load of up to 365 kg. The (W) means that it can be driven over 270 km/h.
